          Description

          The foundation of the Mizuno Pro 24 irons is a unique, long-standing connection between Mizuno's club engineers and its Grain Flow Forging plant in Hiroshima, Japan. A relationship which enables increasingly sophisticated designs to be crafted flawlessly into finished equipment. Where every fraction of a millimetre and subtle curve matters.

          The Mizuno Pro 243 is a manufacturing masterpiece – more compact and precise than its predecessor, yet faster from the face and more satisfying at impact. Forged from a single billet of 1025E Pure Select mild carbon steel, the feel and acoustics are unmatched, in tandem with soft copper underlay beneath nickel chrome.

          Wider, longer micro-slots create a more expansive high energy area of the club face, resulting in higher ball flight and faster ball speeds. A wrap around Sole Grind greatly enhances turf interaction, optimising crisp, consistent strikes from a variety of lies. This is further improved via increased bounce angles.

          The compact, players profile of this iron is extensively Tour tested, with a dramatically reduced topline and blade length throughout the set.
